I/We certify that the above information is true. If found false, the application will be rejected without notice. I/We understand that registration or shortlisting does not guarantee admission and accept the school’s admission process and final decision. Transport is optional and subject to availability; parents must arrange pick-up/drop-off if bus service is not available. Incomplete or invalid forms will be rejected. Registration fee is non-refundable. 

Note: Transfer Certificate must be countersigned if the student is from another Board.

Following documents are required to be submitted to the school admissions department:

1. Photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation 
2. Passport size photograph of student and parents 
3. Caste Certificate (other than general) 
4. Residential address proof 
5. Aadhar Card copy of student and Parents 
6. PAN Card copies of Parents(optional) 
7. Immunization Chart/ Medical report (Nur to Class I) 
8. Report Card of the previous class (Half yearly / Annual) 
9. Transfer Certificate of the previous school along with SATS and PEN numbers mentioned. (from class II to X)
