Other Sports

An array of other games and sports is offered at Anekam. The beauty of the Sports offerings made at Anekam includes a structured sports curriculum, facilities for training, experienced and dedicated coaches, resources and the right guidance and academic support for children.

Indigenous Games

Aligning with the NEP 2020, Anekam believes in popularising traditional Indian (Bharatiya) games and sports in the school. Students will be taught at least one Indigenous game or the other which includes Kho-kho, Kabaddi, Tug of war, Gilli danda, and lang di; apart from indoor games like chess, Ludo, carrom and others.

Skating

SkatingTrained professionals and coaches from Power Play engage young learners at Anekam while handling skating lessons. Skating has always been a great sport for children to build on strength, balance and coordination apart from muscle strength building and enhancing flexibility

Swimming

Anekam has a full-fledged pool for competitive practice and is completely safe for children. Swimming is an all-round activity and works on the development of muscles, is a cardiovascular activity, that builds mind and body coordination apart from making children fit and healthy. At Anekam, we follow all safety rules required for this sport. This is a sport that teaches teamwork and goal setting and teaches children to persevere through challenges.
